Since 1996, INTAC, as an all-round support desk mainly for overseas travel insurance, has been offering services world-wide such as: receiving accident notices from our customers, locating hospitals/clinics, making reservations at an affiliated hospital/clinic, placing payment guarantee of medical expenses, giving guidance to procedures for filing a claim, offering Claim Agency details located overseas with whom can accept claims, arranging repatriation of patients as well as the deceased, making reservations of hotels and airlines for rescuers, offering travel assistance, etc.
On the monthly average, we attend to 13 to 15 cases of transporting patients from overseas countries to Japan. Thus, we have accumulated sufficient know-how on the transportation of patients. We also provide foreigners with domestic assistance services, which are much appreciated by foreign insurance and assistance companies running business in Japan. |
